Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide services from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients based in Fishers Hill, Virginia, and beyond. You will be working collaboratively with a well-established team of mental health professionals, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and detailed evaluations to formulate effective and individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy—tailored to the diverse needs of your clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, discussing clients' progress and needs in regular meetings.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Keep abreast of current research and advancements in the mental health field by participating in workshops, training sessions, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a diverse array of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client interactions and manage case files efficiently.
