If you are a highly talented Legal Recruiting Manager, we want to hear from you!

Our client is a leading law firm based in Washington, DC.  This is not a remote position.

  • You will be responsible for managing all aspects of legal recruiting (including law students, lateral hires and partners) in coordination with Recruiting Director, Hiring Partner, OMP, Practice Group Leaders, and in concert with strategic growth plans for the Firm.
  • You will review resumes, conduct screening interviews and shepherd candidates through the recruiting life-cycle.
  • You also will actively and creatively source candidates through job postings, LinkedIn, networking, use of career services, search firms, and referrals.
  • You also will be an integral part of helping integrate lateral associate hires into the firm.
  • You will develop and manage a summer associate program, including a budget, social and training calendar, assignment process, mentors, and readers.
