As a mental health professional at Solvista, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff through digital platforms, ensuring seamless communication and shared learning.

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions with clients using telehealth technology, ensuring an engaging and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Utilize our advanced tools for verifying client insurance benefits promptly and automatically, enhancing the efficiency of the care process.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized therapeutic treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, aiming to achieve desired mental health outcomes.
• Provide customized support and guidance to fellow clinicians, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the quality of care offered within our community.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, treatment strategies, and any ongoing challenges, fostering a collaborative approach to client care.

In your role, you will work with diverse clients, including individuals from varied cultural backgrounds and those facing a range of mental health challenges. Your commitment to understanding and accommodating these differences is vital in creating effective therapeutic alliances that facilitate positive change.

• Must hold a valid license to practice as a Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Strong understanding of various clinical interventions and treatment planning strategies.

• Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competency.
• A background in telehealth practice is a plus, along with familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• A willingness to engage in continual learning and professional development, and to contribute to a knowledge-sharing environment among colleagues.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
