What You'll Do

As a Remote Benefits Representative, you'll become a trusted resource for individuals and families seeking financial protection and employee benefits.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conduct scheduled virtual meetings with prospective clients
• Build rapport through genuine, client-focused conversations
• Identify each client's unique needs and recommend appropriate benefit solutions
• Clearly explain available coverage options in an easy-to-understand manner
• Guide clients through the online application and enrollment process
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollment
• Participate in ongoing virtual training, coaching, and team development sessions
• Stay informed about products, compliance requirements, and company updates
