• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to accurately gauge the developmental progress and needs of children.
• Actively participate in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development and implementation, ensuring a tailored approach to each child's treatment.
• Monitor outcomes in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, contributing valuable insights to enhance service delivery.
• Provide educational and emotional support to families, empowering them with tools and strategies to foster their child's development.
• Navigate and comply with all Federal and State regulations and reporting requirements related to early intervention services.
• Build and nurture rapport with children, families, and team members to create a safe and encouraging learning environment.
• Adapt your approach to meet various learning styles and individual needs, ensuring effective outcomes as stated in each child's treatment plan.

The ideal candidate will focus on working with infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Our pediatric services aim to teach essential skills that are typically expected to develop during the first three years of life. As an LCSW, you will play a vital role in assisting families as they navigate the challenges and milestones of early childhood development, thereby contributing to improved outcomes for the youngest members of our community.

• A Master's or Doctorate in Social Work is mandatory.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as per the Texas Department of Public Health standards.
• A valid driver's license is required for potential visits or service provisions.

• At least two years of hands-on experience working with children in an early intervention setting.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with children and families, demonstrating a commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Experience utilizing Developmental Screening tools for assessment and planning purposes.
