Job Description Human Resources Assistant - Learning & Development Support Location: San Antonio, TX - Onsite Contract: 12 Months Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Support Advisor to provide operational, administrative, and logistical support for employee learning and development programs. This role will coordinate training activities, manage learning schedules and resources, support instructors and learners, and maintain learning management system (LMS) information. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate Learning & Development resources, facilitators, instructors, and learning spaces. Schedule and coordinate learning events based on established planning processes. Manage training logistics, including room configurations, technology, equipment, and instructor requirements.

Provide administrative and delivery support to Learning & Development teams. Build and maintain course offerings within the LMS. Maintain course requirements and course setup information.

Manage learning paths, curriculums, and related program information. Support instructors, facilitators, and learners throughout training events. Troubleshoot basic classroom and technology issues and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Maintain training communications, reporting, tracking, metrics, and compliance information. Partner with learning leaders, facilitators, learning performance consultants, content managers, business partners, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with team members and customers to resolve issues and determine appropriate escalation.

Identify and monitor risks associated with learning and business activities in accordance with established policies and procedures. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned. Required Qualifications 2+ years of Learning & Development experience, including administrative, analytical, coordination, or resource management responsibilities.

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, dynamic environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Strong Excel experience, including: Pivot tables Text to Columns Macros Data analysis Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Experience with Workday or similar HR/L&D systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple schedules, requests, and priorities simultaneously. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Technology Required: Microsoft Office Microsoft Excel Workday Learning Management Systems (LMS) Preferred/Related: Learning & Development platforms Training scheduling systems Data analysis and reporting tools.
