In this remote role, you'll have the freedom to work from the comfort of your home while still being part of a larger collaborative team. We operate Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions through our user-friendly telehealth platform, allowing for flexibility in your scheduling while maintaining client engagement.
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, regularly reviewing their progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Support clients in setting realistic and achievable therapeutic goals, and assist them in navigating challenges to foster their mental well-being.
• Keep meticulous records of therapy sessions and treatment interventions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best clinical practices.
• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and share insights on best practices within the field.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse population of clients seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related concerns. • An active Tennessee license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a counseling or therapy setting.

• Experience with telehealth services and a demonstrated ability to engage clients in a virtual setting.
• Proficiency in developing evidence-based treatment plans and utilizing therapeutic frameworks to promote client progress.
• Background in working with specific populations, such as adolescents, couples, or trauma survivors.

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience.
