Work Environment

This role is a full-time or part-time remote position that revolves around providing telehealth services, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own space in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, or anywhere across the state. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.
• Facilitate group, family, couples, and individual therapy sessions, focusing on promoting mental wellness and resilience.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care that accounts for the myriad factors influencing a client's mental health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training that keep you up-to-date with advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve include individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse issues, and family or relationship conflicts. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must hold an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of Tennessee.
• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience

• Specialized experience in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma is highly regarded.
• Proficiency in employing a variety of therapeutic methodologies in addressing client needs.
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards relevant to counseling practice.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, plus potential bonuses.
