This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to deliver vital counseling services from your home office. You will utilize teletherapy tools and consult with a dedicated team of professionals who are equally passionate about mental health. • Establish and maintain a positive and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients, fostering a safe environment where they can work through their mental health challenges.
• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders using clinical interviews and standardized assessments, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and situations of each client.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or family systems therapy.
• Regularly meet with clients to evaluate progress toward therapy goals, modifying treatment plans as necessary to adapt to clients' evolving needs and circumstances.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and case notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care that addresses multifaceted client needs.

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation issues. Our center emphasizes family and relationship dynamics, aiming to create healthier family systems and improve overall relational harmony. Your expertise will support clients in navigating life's challenges and achieving their mental health goals.

• Current and active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage empathetically with clients.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accountability for client outcomes within a remote work setting.

• Demonstrated experience providing both individual and group therapy.
• Proficiency in using EHR systems and teletherapy technology to provide seamless mental health services.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development in therapeutic techniques.
