• Establish and nurture trusting relationships with clients to facilitate open dialogue and effective treatment.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Monitor client progress through ongoing evaluations and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and specialists when referrals are needed, maintaining a holistic care approach.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, compliant with ethical standards and legal regulations.

You will work with diverse populations, addressing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family dynamics, and trauma. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, requiring a versatile therapeutic approach to accommodate different age groups and backgrounds. Your role as an LMFT will be integral in helping clients navigate their unique challenges and develop coping strategies to improve their mental health.

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to provide effective individual and group therapy.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management are crucial for balancing caseloads and completing administrative duties.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic alliances with clients, demonstrating empathy and respect.

• Prior experience working in a community health setting is highly valued.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or other evidence-based practices.
• Experience in managing a diverse client population and navigating complex family dynamics.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions.
