This role is 100% remote, providing flexibility while focusing on delivering crucial support to students from the comfort of your home. As part of a highly collaborative team, you'll interact with educators, parents, and other mental health professionals to create a stable and supportive atmosphere for your clients. The work setting encourages open communication and shared insights through regular virtual meetings and clinical supervision.

• Conduct thorough assessments of students' mental health needs, which will guide the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing dependencies and promoting emotional and psychological wellbeing.
• Collaborate with educators and staff to establish realistic and supportive treatment objectives, aligning these goals with ethical and legal standards.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and progress notes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Engage in ongoing chart audits and collaborate with the clinical director to uphold high standards of clinical documentation.
• Foster strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, facilitating a cohesive approach to mental health care.
• Participate in regular staff meetings, contributing to discussions about case management and care strategies.
• Take part in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care provided at The Forge Recovery Center.

This position primarily focuses on supporting students experiencing mental health challenges in a school environment. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral issues that adversely affect their academic and social development. By working closely with these young clients, you will play a crucial role in helping them overcome barriers to learning and personal growth.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution or a related field is required.
• Valid LCSW license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain one.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of direct clinical experience in social work, particularly in settings that pertain to mental health or substance use.
• An understanding of effective case management strategies and familiarity with mental health frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with KIPU Systems Client Management Software are essential.
• Exceptional clinical skills, alongside excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience working within educational settings or with adolescent populations will be considered a strong asset.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities is preferable.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
