• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to formulate effective treatment plans that meet the specific needs of clients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and small groups, ensuring that each session is productive and aligns with client goals.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, customizing approaches based on client feedback and progress.
• Collaborate efficiently with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care, providing holistic support that addresses mental, emotional, and social needs.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, and demonstrate accountability in tracking client progress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about advancements in therapy techniques and participating in workshops related to the mental health field.

Your role will involve working with a wide range of individuals, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

We offer a competitive salary range of $300,000 to $400,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
