Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations for potential clients to formulate appropriate, individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver effective, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Employ a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, leveraging a multidisciplinary approach to enhance client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, remaining informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and therapeutic practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Counselor will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from children to adults, each presenting unique emotional and psychological challenges.
