• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients, tailoring personalized treatment plans based on individual mental health needs and goals.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling position, demonstrating your competence and readiness to support clients effectively.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant modalities.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with caseload and experience.
