• Manage a caseload of youth clients, establishing and nurturing positive, therapeutic relationships while maintaining ethical boundaries.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate therapeutic progress, address ongoing challenges, and determine readiness for discharge when suitable.
• Design, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans in close collaboration with clients, ensuring their individual needs and goals are prioritized.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for each client, including comprehensive progress notes and treatment updates.
• Perform intake assessments as required to effectively understand new clients' needs and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.
• Facilitate a specified minimum of individual counseling sessions each week, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Participate in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional development.

This role specifically focuses on working with youth populations who require mental health support. • Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
