Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans that align with client goals.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize client outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with all regulatory requirements using SimplePractice software.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices.
  • Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 therapy sessions per week, ensuring quality care while engaging actively in team meetings.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, optimizing your psychological profile on platforms such as Psychology Today to attract and engage potential clients.
