As a remote clinician, you will work within a supportive virtual team of mental health professionals, collaborating effectively to ensure the best possible care for clients. You will have access to innovative tools like SimplePractice for telehealth sessions and record-keeping, streamlining your workflow and enhancing client interactions. While the majority of your work will take place remotely, occasional in-office meetings may be held in our outpatient facility located in Allentown, providing opportunities for team building and shared learning.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans that align with client goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize client outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with all regulatory requirements using SimplePractice software.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 therapy sessions per week, ensuring quality care while engaging actively in team meetings.
• Participate in marketing initiatives, optimizing your psychological profile on platforms such as Psychology Today to attract and engage potential clients.

• A master's degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current Pennsylvania state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing direct counseling services, ideally in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong clinical assessment abilities and experience in developing therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with clients fully.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Previous clinical experience specifically addressing the mental health challenges faced by people of color.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for treating a variety of mental health issues.
• Experience in conducting group therapy sessions is highly desirable.

Legacy Counseling offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
