• Conduct and deliver effective, evidence-based therapy sessions for clients from diverse backgrounds, utilizing methodologies that best suit individual needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to assess client progress, adjust treatment plans, and enhance overall patient outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation for all client interactions, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and ensuring confidentiality.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies that address each client’s unique challenges and goals.
• Engage in community outreach by representing Discovery Mood at local events, fostering partnerships, and raising awareness about mental health services.

In this role, you will work predominantly with adults experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. Our clients come from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and educational backgrounds, providing unique opportunities for you to apply your skills and learn from varied life experiences. Our commitment is to ensure that each client receives empathetic and culturally sensitive care tailored to their individual needs.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• A valid independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical mental health setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in mental health care.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or person-centered therapy, and the ability to integrate them into practice.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
