• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine client mental health needs and create customized treatment plans.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based techniques to deliver both individual and group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate, detailed client records, progress notes, and treatment documentation to ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.
• Stay updated on best practices and advances in the mental health field through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
• Actively participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and case presentations to cultivate a shared learning environment.

We serve a variety of client demographics, including children, families, and individuals facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. Our focus is to provide tailored approaches that respect individual histories and cultural backgrounds, ensuring all clients feel seen and understood throughout their therapeutic journey.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience providing mental health counseling.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

• Experience working with specific populations such as children, families, or individuals dealing with trauma and substance abuse.
• Familiarity with contemporary telehealth tools and therapies, enhancing service delivery in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and client management.
