Job description

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching (Inc. 5000 #244 in 2023) is hiring an operations leader to run our weekly execution engine and drive measurable improvements across the client flow: inquiry → intake → scheduling → first appointment → clinician utilization.

Remote location focus: We are prioritizing candidates located in the Southeast, Midwest, and South/Central U.S.
Examples include: GA, NC, SC, TN, FL, AL | OH, IN, MI, MO, WI, IA | TX (outside Austin), OK, KS.

Responsibilities
  • Run weekly cadence: KPI scorecard, accountability meeting, action tracking

  • Improve intake/scheduling workflows; create/enforce SOPs + QA

  • Track demand vs capacity and drive utilization

  • Lead projects end-to-end (scope → delivery)

  • Manage a lean admin model: 4 offshore (PH) + ≤2 onshore via workflows and metrics

  • Coordinate operational handoffs with billing/RCM support to reduce preventable issues

Requirements
  • 5–10 years operations experience (healthcare/services preferred)

  • Proven KPI/scorecard ownership + follow-through

  • Remote/offshore team management using SOPs, QA, and metrics

  • Strong project execution; calm, direct communicator

Preferred
  • Behavioral health ops
