• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing your clinical expertise and a solution-focused approach to craft individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's distinct needs.
• Implement diverse therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate personal growth and coping strategies among clients.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that each client's information is stored securely and accurately.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists to provide an integrated approach to care, enhancing the overall treatment experience for clients.
• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings, actively contributing to team discussions focused on best practices and continuous improvement in client care.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options, empowering them with knowledge and resources to navigate their unique challenges.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in the field of mental health, incorporating this knowledge into your practice to provide the most effective care.

You will primarily serve children, adolescents, and families facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Your work will be vital in guiding these vulnerable groups through their mental health journeys, providing them with the tools and strategies they need to overcome obstacles and improve their overall quality of life.

• A Master's degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required, reflecting your strong academic foundation.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent, is essential to demonstrate your professional qualifications.

The Child Care Mental and Counseling Center offers a competitive annual salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, with additional opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
