We're partnering with fast-growing European start-ups giving opportunities to talented Podcast Managers to be part of shaping the world of consumer products through their creative work.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Podcast Manager to lead the process of managing podcast episodes from start to finish, delivering a seamless experience for both guests and clients (hosts). The ideal candidate will create episodes that add value to our clients' target customers and ensure that both clients and guests love the experience.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to outreach and answer guests' questions to secure their participation in our show
  • Coordinate between guests and clients, including creating prep materials, questions, and scheduling
  • Collaborate with content writers, editors, video producers, and graphic designers to create all episode collateral
  • Upload podcasts to our hosting platform and distribute them to platforms like Apple and Spotify
  • Upload episodes to clients' websites and other relevant platforms

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience at an agency or media production company
  • Minimum B2 level of English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Exceptional communication skills, as the role involves daily interaction with guests and clients via email
