Job description

Job Title: Partnerships & Community Growth Manager

Location: 100% Remote

*Must be located and authorized to work here in the US without visa sponsorship or transfer needed now or in the future. No C2C inquiries*

Our client is a mission-driven health-tech company transforming how patients navigate chronic inflammatory conditions. They bridge the gap between complex diagnostics and patient care, focusing on building deep trust within communities that the traditional healthcare system often ignores. This is a high-impact role for a builder who wants to turn medical credibility into a scalable growth engine.

As the Partnerships & Community Growth Manager, you will be the tactical force behind the company’s brand exposure. Working closely with the CEO and Head of Growth, you will leverage or build a network of health media contacts, podcasts, and practitioners to fuel the patient pipeline. You will manage the execution of all partnership efforts-from preparing leadership for high-stakes meetings to vetting affiliates and maintaining a trusted presence in patient communities.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in partnerships, affiliate marketing, or community management, ideally within health-tech or a regulated DTC industry.
  • Execution Focus: Proven ability to manage a CRM, track media pipelines, and handle the "nuts and bolts" of partnership follow-ups.
  • Communication: Exceptional writing skills for drafting partnership decks, community posts, and guest briefs.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with FTC regulations and the sensitivity required when communicating clinical topics to vulnerable patient groups.
  • Network: A pre-existing network of health/wellness podcast hosts or functional medicine creators is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partnership Execution: Prepare tailored materials for CEO-led meetings, conduct due diligence on prospective partners, and own all post-meeting follow-ups.
  • Affiliate & Media Pipeline: Source and vet affiliates and podcast hosts; manage the end-to-end outreach and booking process to ensure brand alignment.
  • Community Advocacy: Act as a trusted, recognizable face in patient forums (Reddit, Facebook, etc.) to provide education and build rapport.
  • Content QC: Coordinate between the creative and medical teams to ensure all partnership content is clinically accurate and compliant.
  • Program Management: Track attribution, manage payouts, and maintain the partnership CRM to ensure no opportunities slip through the cracks.

The salary for this full-time, remote position is $120,000-150,000. Our client offers a fast-paced, collaborative culture where performance is measured by the trust built with patients and the efficiency of the growth engine. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a brand’s entire relationship layer and scale it from the ground up.
