Who We Are

With over 25 years of professional design experience, we’re a dynamic and employee-focused firm driven by our core values. These values aren’t just words—they shape our culture, guide our work, and create real value for our clients and our team. We put people first and have built a collaborative, innovative, and trust-based work environment.

What Sets Us Apart

  • We prioritize the client experience above all.

  • Our proprietary design process consistently turns clients into loyal advocates.

  • We support autonomy and work-life balance with a flexible hybrid and remote work model.

What We Do

We specialize in high-end residential design and construction management across South Florida—from waterfront estates to luxury communities. Our services cover the full outdoor environment, including landscape, hardscape, lighting, irrigation, and drainage. You’ll be supported by a dedicated in-house drafting and 3D graphics team throughout every stage of the design process.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will:

  • Lead your own team of seven (design, drafting, and 3D graphics).

  • Manage client relationships, sell your own projects, and oversee them from start to finish.

  • Enjoy the freedom of an entrepreneurial role—without the operational burden.

  • Receive full administrative, sales, and marketing support.

  • Scale your team at your own pace and unlock unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients, prepare proposals, and close new business.

  • Serve as the lead designer on all your projects.

  • Manage the entire design process and client experience.

  • Oversee your design team and ensure timely project delivery.

  • Conduct online design presentations.

  • Maintain quality control across plans, graphics, and construction documents.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Experience owning or managing a design business

  • Background in budgeting or financial management

  • Formal leadership or management training

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, LandFX, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and Lumion

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $150,000- $185,000 (commensurate with experience)

  • Quarterly Bonuses: Up to $35,000 annually

  • Insurance: Health, dental, and vision coverage

  • Paid Time Off: Accrued annually

  • Annual Cost-of-Living Increases
