Title: OIC Integration Lead – Oracle Cloud
Remote | 5–8 Years

Role Overview

Join us as an Integration Lead specializing in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), where you'll own the architecture of enterprise integration solutions from concept through delivery. You'll work hands-on with client teams to understand their business landscape, design the right integration approach, and guide a delivery team to execute it.

What You'll Do

  • Design and roll out scalable integration solutions that hold up to both business goals and technical standards
  • Own the complete integration architecture — from selecting the right technology components and integration patterns to defining data entities and connecting business processes with the applications that support them
  • Sit across the table from clients to capture integration requirements and shape them into workable technical solutions
  • Take ownership of team outcomes — manage delivery, guide decision-making, and coordinate across multiple teams and workstreams
  • Step in on complex, cross-team integration problems and drive them to resolution
  • Keep integration strategy in sync with shifting business and technical priorities through close stakeholder engagement
  • Coach and support team members, building a culture of shared learning and continuous improvement
  • Stay on top of new integration technologies and push recommendations that lift system performance and reliability
