Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive NASA SEWP VI growth strategy.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities across federal agencies using the SEWP VI contract vehicle.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities that align with NFF's strategic offerings.
  • Meet or exceed annual revenue, gross profit, and pipeline objectives.
  • Expand existing customer relationships while identifying new agency customers.

Opportunity Capture

  • Lead opportunity qualification, capture planning, and win strategies for SEWP VI task orders.
  • Monitor and respond to agency Requests for Quotes (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Information (RFIs) through the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool (QRT).
  • Coordinate with proposal, contracts, pricing, and technical teams to ensure timely and compliant responses.
  • Develop competitive positioning and win themes for targeted opportunities.
  • Maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline and forecast.

Partner & OEM Relationship Management

  • Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with technology manufacturers, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with partners on joint sales initiatives, opportunity identification, and solution development.
  • Identify new teaming opportunities that expand NFF's capabilities and market reach.

Customer Engagement

  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with federal agency decision-makers, contracting officers, and program managers.
  • Conduct customer meetings, capability briefings, and solution presentations.
  • Promote NFF's technology solutions and professional services aligned with agency mission requirements.
  • Represent NFF at industry days, conferences, networking events, and customer engagements.

Sales Operations & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate opportunity information within CRM.
  • Track pipeline health, forecasting, and sales performance metrics.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure efficient quote development and proposal submissions.
  • Improve quoting efficiency and response times for SEWP VI opportunities.

Strategic Planning

  • Monitor NASA SEWP VI program developments, contract modifications, and government acquisition trends.
  • Analyze competitive landscape and identify emerging market opportunities.
  • Recommend strategic initiatives to increase contract utilization and market share.
  • Support long-term growth planning across SEWP VI Categories A, and C.

This is a remote role, but you must be local to DC/MD/VA with the ability to travel for meetings and come into our Washington, DC or Tysons Corner, VA office when needed.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of federal business development and capture experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), IDIQs, or Multiple Award Schedules.
  • Strong understanding of the NASA SEWP program and federal procurement processes.
  • Experience using the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool (QRT).
  • Established relationships with federal agencies, OEMs, distributors, and technology partners.
  • Proven track record of winning federal IT opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Experience supporting NASA SEWP V and others

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of federal IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, data center, and managed services.
  • Experience working with leading technology OEMs and federal channel partners.

Success Metrics

  • Annual revenue and gross profit generated through NASA SEWP VI.
