Job description

Overview

Senior Director of Cabinet Sales (Remote, Travel Required)

American Cabinet Group is a top-tier American-made, semi-custom cabinet manufacturer renowned for combining heritage craftsmanship with modern production methods. We specialize in frameless, full-access cabinetry tailored for kitchens, bathrooms, and innovative storage solutions. Driven by our commitment to U.S. manufacturing, we prioritize quality, design, and enduring customer relationships.

We are looking for a Senior Director of Cabinet Sales to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand our footprint with developers, contractors, and design professionals.

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Director of Cabinet Sales to lead and expand our sales efforts across the United States from a remote position. This role involves cultivating trade relationships, driving growth across residential and commercial segments, and boosting ACG’s market footprint—while maintaining strong ties with our manufacturing ethos and American-made legacy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that reflect ACG’s brand values, target markets, and growth goals.
  • Identify new growth geographies and segments for ACG’s frameless cabinetry lines.
  • Develop and nurture key relationships with homebuilders, kitchen designers, contractors, and specialty retailers.
  • Oversee channel partnerships and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
  • Manage and mentor a remote sales team, offering guidance and performance oversight.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, design, and logistics to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, budget planning, and margin management.
  • Represent ACG at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for ACG’s craftsmanship and American-made philosophy.
  • Ensure exceptional post-sale support and gather feedback to inform product and service improvements.
Experience
  • Minimum 7+ years in sales within building materials—ideally cabinetry, millwork, or related.
  • Demonstrated ability in driving high-ticket B2B sales and forging long-lasting client relationships.
  • Proven experience leading remote teams, mentoring sales professionals, and executing strategic go-to-market plans.
  • Deep understanding of cabinet product lines, design trends, and construction workflows.
  • Commitment to advocating American-made products and craftsmanship.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication capabilities—able to build trust and close complex deals.
Compensation & Benefits

Commission/ Draw/ Base salary plus commission structure. Opportunities for professional development and industry certification.

Why ACG?

At American Cabinet Group, you’ll lead sales strategies for a company rooted in American craftsmanship, offering modern, frameless cabinetry solutions. This is a highly visible, remote role with substantial travel—and with powerful upside: robust earnings through base + commission, impact on U.S. manufacturing, and contribution to customer-centric growth.

How to Apply
