Location: Philadelphia, PA (Airport Area)
$22.00 per hour
Full-Time | Immediate Openings

Now hiring experienced Halal Cuisine Production Cooks for a large-scale airline catering operation serving international and domestic flights. This position specializes in the preparation of Halal meals for airline customers and requires candidates with professional experience preparing Halal cuisine in a commercial kitchen environment.

We are seeking seasoned production cooks with strong experience preparing Halal proteins, vegetables, sauces, starches, and specialty menu items in high-volume kitchens. Successful candidates will understand Halal food preparation standards, authentic flavor profiles, ingredient handling requirements, and production cooking techniques.

This is not an entry-level cooking position. Candidates without prior commercial kitchen experience preparing Halal cuisine may not be a fit for this role.

What You'll Do

• Prepare authentic Halal meals and menu components according to customer specifications
• Cook proteins, vegetables, starches, sauces, and specialty items using approved recipes and production methods

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Halal ingredients, cooking methods, and food handling practices preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
