  • Ensure timely and thorough documentation of therapy sessions, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, all adhering to established formatting standards.
  • Utilize software tools like Word, Outlook, and electronic medical records (EMR) systems for data entry and case management tasks.
  • Participate in weekly treatment team meetings, clinical supervision sessions, and ongoing professional development to sharpen skills and improve client outcomes.
  • Take initiative to manage your daily schedule effectively to accomplish therapy goals and objectives.
