  • Actively communicate and establish a proactive relationship with families, serving as their main point of contact.

  • Ensure timely and thorough documentation of therapy sessions, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, all adhering to established formatting standards.

  • Participate in weekly treatment team meetings, clinical supervision sessions, and ongoing professional development to sharpen skills and improve client outcomes.
