Overview
Northwest Permanente (NWP) is the largest multispecialty medical group in Oregon and southwest Washington with 1,500+ physicians and 300+ administrative professionals caring for 615,000+ Kaiser Permanente members. Northwest Permanente is owned and led by physicians who earn competitive salaries, without income based on providing individual services. Our medical group comprises board-certified physicians across 50+ specialties.
We invite applications for Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our Virtual Primary Care Float team in supporting our Primary Care clinics in Oregon and SW Washinton. Our ideal candidate will have a the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care. You will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff, providing a mix of telephonic and video visits for regional Kaiser Permanente members and manage a dedicated panel of patients, ages 18 and older. Candidates should have experience with telehealth and digital health, or adaptability to incorporate virtual care into practice.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Minimum three years of experience providing direct patient primary care post-resident training
  • Candidates for fully remote virtual positions must reside and practice in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Texas
  • Candidates must be located outside of Northwest Permanente's regional service area

The annual salary for a full-time virtual position is $212,800 - $239,500 which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
