THE WORK
Selected candidate will serve on a team of Training Device Mangers (TDM) for the Joint Strike Fighter Training Device (Training) product line. The TDE is used on all training variants of the Joint Strike Fighter (F35A/F-35B/F-35C). The right candidate will already have experience in the F-35 GSE or Training product line as well as relevant experience with the F-35 Global Sustainment structure and processes. The TDM works as part of the Logistics Field Support team to provide cradle to-grave management of F-35 TDE and duties include sustainment and problem resolution to the Training product line. Additional duties include: reviewing field support requirements and recommending tools and training support equipment solutions to meet company governmental safety and performance standards; evaluates, selects, applies, and/or adapts engineering modifications; designs or recommends new or modified parts and components; analyzes reparability of parts and components; evaluates operating data on parts, components, and systems to establish causes and to determine remedies for wear, malfunctions, or premature removals; evaluates technical data, procedures, reports, drawings, manuals, and other required publications.

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Basic Qualifications
Requires extensive background in Supply or Simulator maintenance industry within the U.S. Navy/USMC,USAF.
Experience using or maintaining F-35 Training support equipment.
Must have a working knowledge of Enterprise-Level Information Management systems.
This position requires the ability to have and maintain a Secret clearance
Able to travel to support customer needs.
Desired Skills
-Background in simulator maintenance, troubleshooting or support.
-Experience with post equipment delivery data Management.
-Ability to conduct and participated in Trade Studies.
-Experience in the Foreign Military Sales, NATO service experience, or have worked with a military operation in overseas country/countries.
-Must be able to work effectively in stressful environment.
Pay Information
GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.

• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $131100.00 - $243500.00
  • Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): :$118000.00 - $219100.00
  • Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): :$104900.00 - $194700.00
  • Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): :$94400.00 - $175200.00
  • Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Ocala, FL; Lufkin, TX; etc.
