The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and forecasts. - Analyze financial performance and provide insights to drive business decisions. - Conduct variance analysis and identify trends to support strategic planning.

- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management. - Support financial modeling and scenario analysis for business initiatives. - Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency.
