Who You AreThe Business Development Executive role calls for you to be an experienced B2B sales professional who possesses the following characteristics:

  • Good with people - You're able to take on an advisory role with business owners and C-suite in a professional manner.
  • Connected - You're growing a network of business executives who can help expand your sales pipeline.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify midsized or enterprise businesses to offer Advance Paperbag solutions.
  • Accomplish sales goals determined by management.
  • Demonstrates B2B sales expertise including a sense of urgency when addressing customer inquiries and closing sales.
  • Forecasting monthly, quarterly, and yearly to review business needs with prospects and customers as needed to achieve sales and gross profit goals set by the company.
  • Cultivate new sales through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing. In turn, developing relationships with prospective accounts, closing on opportunities with prospects turning them into customers.
  • This includes maintaining continuous growth within existing accounts.
  • Responsible for responding to web leads throughout the US, utilizing video meeting platforms and/or phone meetings to continue the sales process to closing.
  • Help drive a positive experience with all you encounter, including, but not limited to coworkers, customers, and suppliers.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in securing new 6-figure B2B contracts.
  • Capacity to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship development skills.
  • Valid Driver License and clean MVR.

PREFERED REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • Industry experience selling packaging solutions: packaging films and materials.
  • Familiar with delivering solutions with company that need packing solutions.
