The Department of Spanish, Italian and Portuguese at Penn State (University Park) invites applications for a full-time Lecturer or Assistant Teaching Professor position in Spanish (non-tenure-track), to begin in August 2026.
Responsibilities include teaching introductory and intermediate language courses. Teaching load is eight hybrid courses per year or equivalent configuration.
Applicants must have native or near-native fluency in English and Spanish. A Master's degree or higher in Spanish or related field is required by the appointment date. Rank will be determined based on education and experience.
