Job description

Senior Technical Recruiter - Cleared IT /ย GovConย

Location:ย Remote - within 1hour ofย Tysons Corner, VAย ย

Employment Type:ย Full-Timeย

About the Roleย

IntelliDyne,ย LLC is seeking aย Seniorย Technical Recruiter to run a full-cycle recruiting desk supporting our government IT services business. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role focused on sourcing, screening, and closingย clearedย and clearable IT talent against a steady pipeline of open requisitions - not a purely administrative or coordination role. The ideal candidate has deep experience recruiting forย GovConย environments, is comfortable owning a full requisition load independently, and can provide the reporting and resource-allocation visibility leadership needs to manage hiring against contract and program requirements.ย

This role is remoteย within 1 hour ofย Tysons Corner, VAย - will beย requiredย toย participateย in onsite meetings.ย ย

What You'll Doย

Full-Desk Recruiting & Sourcingย

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of open technical requisitions, from intake through offer acceptance,ย including direct sourcing, not just pipeline management.ย
  • Proactively sourceย and qualifyย candidates forย clearedย and clearable IT roles (e.g., systems engineers, network engineers, cloud/DevOps, cybersecurity, software developers, help desk/IT support, program-specific labor categories).ย
  • Screen candidates for technical fit, clearance status/eligibility, and labor-category compliance (degree level, years of specialized experience, certifications) against contract and proposal requirements.ย
  • Manage the full candidate experience: screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing.ย
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of cleared and clearance-eligible talent ahead ofย anticipatedย contract needs, rather than recruiting reactively only after a requisition opens.ย

Reporting & Resource Allocationย

  • Produce and deliver weekly recruiting reports to leadership covering requisition status, pipeline health, time-to-fill, time-to-accept, and offer-acceptance metrics.ย
  • Own resource allocation across open requisitions prioritizing and re-prioritizing req load based on contract urgency, labor-category criticality, and program staffing deadlines.ย
  • Flag hiring risks (stalledย reqs, thin candidate pools, clearance bottlenecks) to leadership proactively, with recommended mitigations.ย
  • Partner with program/contract leadership to align hiring priorities with contract award timelines, ramp-up schedules, and recompete transitions.ย

Process & Complianceย

  • Ensure every submission meets labor-category and contract compliance requirements before advancing a candidate.ย
  • Maintainย accurate, up-to-date requisition and candidate records in the ATS.ย
  • Supportย offerย structuring and compensation benchmarking in coordination with HR leadership.ย

What You Bringย

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, withย a significant portionย spent recruiting cleared IT talent within the government contracting (GovCon) sector.ย
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting against active Secret, Top Secret, and/or TS/SCI clearance requirements, including familiarity with clearance transfer, reciprocity, and sponsorship processes.ย
  • Experience supporting proposal/capture efforts with recruiting availability letters or pipeline data.ย
  • Strong direct-sourcing skills - this is a sourcing-heavy desk, not a role reliant solely on inbound applicants.ย
  • Working knowledge of federal labor category requirements and how to qualify candidates against them (degree substitutions, years of specialized vs.ย general experience,ย requiredย certifications).ย
  • Experience managing a full requisition load independently, withย a track recordย of meeting time-to-fill and time-to-accept targets in a competitive, tight labor market.ย
  • Comfortable producing regular, data-driven reporting for leadership and making prioritization calls across a portfolio of openย reqs.ย
  • Excellent candidate management and negotiation skills, particularly aroundย counter offersย and competing bids common in the cleared talent market.ย
  • Advanced level skills Applicant Tracking Management skills, preferably with Greenhouse or similar.ย ย

Preferredย

  • Prior experienceย recruiting forย federal systems integrators or IT services contractors ofย a similar size/scope to IntelliDyne.ย
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFARS-adjacent hiring constraints (bid-ceiling pricing, proposal-locked labor categories).ย

Logisticsย

  • Work Location:ย This role is remote within 1 hour ofย Tysons Corner,ย VA - will beย requiredย toย participateย in onsite meetingsย at corporate office or client's sites (DC metro).ย ย
  • Travel: Minimal and ad hoc; primarily local/regional for client or leadership meetings.ย
  • Clearance: Not required for this role, though familiarity with the clearance process is essential.ย

Compensation: $70k - $110k
