• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs of students and develop personalized treatment plans that leverage solution-based methodologies.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to each student's unique situation.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records in compliance with local and federal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, psychologists, and administrative staff, to ensure coordinated and holistic support for students.
• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in peer review meetings aimed at enhancing the quality of care provided to our clients.
• Educate and empower students and their families regarding mental health issues, fostering resilience and promoting coping strategies.
• Stay current with the latest research and therapeutic modalities to continuously improve intervention strategies and patient outcomes.

In this role, you will focus primarily on a diverse student population ranging from elementary to high school levels, addressing a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral concerns. Your work will be fundamental in providing students with the tools necessary for academic and personal success.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of Virginia.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, specifically in psychotherapy and school-based settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic methods and interventions.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
