To thrive as a Remote IT Support professional, you need strong troubleshooting abilities, a solid understanding of operating systems and networking, and often a relevant certification such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional. Excellent communication, patience, and problem-solving skills set standout professionals apart in this role. These skills ensure efficient resolution of technical issues, high customer satisfaction, and the maintenance of secure and reliable IT systems.

What jobs make 5000 a week without a degree?

Remote IT support roles typically do not pay $5,000 a week without specialized skills or certifications; however, high-level freelance IT consultants or cybersecurity specialists with extensive experience can reach such earnings.
