Job description

ZAGG is a global leader in mobile accessories, driving innovation in device protection, power, and productivity through its ZAGG and mophie product lines. With operations in the US, Ireland and China, ZAGG's products are available worldwide at leading retailers. Committed to sustainability, ZAGG is taking steps to reduce its carbon impact in manufacturing, packaging, materials, shipping, and recycling. Our mission is to protect and enhance your mobile lifestyle while making a positive impact on the planet.
As ZAGG's Senior Sales Manager, B2B, you will own the company's relationship with CDW - one of our largest and most strategically important B2B accounts - end to end. This role is a direct investment in protecting and accelerating that partnership across the corporate enterprise, education, healthcare, and government verticals. You will be the face of ZAGG to one of the most influential VARs in the industry, and your success will have a direct, visible impact on the company's growth trajectory within one of its fastest-growing segments.
What You Will Do
  • Own and grow relationships with key decision-makers and day-to-day contacts across CDW's primary offices, including Chicago, Tempe, and Tampa.
  • Drive revenue growth and exceed quarterly and annual targets across revenue and gross profit.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline within the VAR channel, using CRM and sales tools for full visibility and forecast accuracy.
  • Develop and execute MDF strategies with CDW to drive demand generation, sell-through, and brand visibility, ensuring funds deliver measurable ROI.
  • Align with ZAGG's distribution partners - including TD SYNNEX and Ingram Micro - to keep CDW fulfillment, pricing, and in-stock inventory on track.
  • Partner with internal marketing and CDW to elevate online content, promotions, and campaigns across CDW's digital and field channels.
  • Represent ZAGG through product roadmap presentations - virtually and in person at CDW field offices - and at trade shows, industry events, and reseller meetings.
  • Tailor solutions with internal product teams for CDW's vertical customer base: enterprise, education, healthcare, and government.
What You'll Need to Be Successful
  • Proven, hands-on experience working directly with CDW is required; experience with other national resellers such as Insight, SHI, Connection, Stratix, or Office Depot is a strong plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, channel management, or VAR partnerships, ideally within consumer electronics, mobile accessories, or technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with the VAR and distributor ecosystem, including how two-tier distribution works across TD SYNNEX, Ingram Micro, and similar partners.
  • Expertise in productivity and mobility solutions, with the ability to engage procurement teams, IT/mobile device buyers, and reseller sales leaders across multiple verticals.
  • A hunter mentality - you proactively create demand, you don't just manage existing business.
  • Strong business acumen, including financial analysis, forecasting, MDF management, and business case development.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft tools including Power BI and Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a large, complex account.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of a partner organization.
  • Based in or near the Chicago area is strongly preferred, with the ability to travel 25% or more to CDW offices, distribution partners, and industry events.
What You'll Love About ZAGG
  • Competitive Compensation - Strong base salary with a performance-based bonus opportunity.
  • High-Visibility Role - Own ZAGG's most strategic B2B account with direct exposure to senior leadership and measurable impact on company growth.
  • Remote Flexibility - Work from anywhere while staying connected to a high-performing national sales team (Chicago based ideal).
  • Generous PTO - Plus two floating holidays to use as you choose.
  • 401(k) Match - Company contributions to support your long-term financial goals.
  • Employee Product Perks - Hands-on access to ZAGG's full portfolio of industry-leading products.
  • Growth Culture - Join a B2B team with strong year-over-year momentum and a clear path to expanded responsibility.
