Job description


KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for WMS Analyst. This position is fully remote but must be able to work the following shift time: 2nd shift (3:30 - 12 midnight MT)

Job Summary
  • Primary support for key DC applications and technologies, including but not limited to WMS and WCS systems.
  • Act as the subject matter expert and technical lead for HighJump WMS configurations, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with warehouse operations to identify process improvements and translate them into WMS requirements.
  • Design, build, and support reports, dashboards, and queries using SQL to enable performance monitoring and issue analysis.
  • Troubleshoot WMS issues by analyzing logs, database records, and process workflows.
  • Partner with IT and external vendors on WMS upgrades, patches, testing, and new feature deployments.
  • Develop and maintain WMS user documentation, training materials, and SOPs.
  • Provide day-to-day support for warehouse systems including user access, configurations, and system performance.
  • Monitor and resolve data discrepancies between WMS and other platforms (e.g., ERP, inventory management).
    Lead or support warehouse technology initiatives (RF devices, automation, label printing, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications:
o 2-3 years of experience working with WMS platforms in a technical or analyst capacity.
o Strong working knowledge of SQL (T-SQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent) for reporting and analysis.
o Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping processes.
o Ability to interpret and manipulate data sets to solve business problems and identify root causes.
o Experience troubleshooting and resolving WMS functional or technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
o Experience with HighJump/Korber/Infios WMS including configuration, rule setup, and workflow design.
o Exposure to scripting or development in HighJump's Advantage Architect or WebWise frameworks.
o Experience with WMS-ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
o Familiarity with RF scanner technology, label printing systems (Zebra, Bartender), and barcode standards.



Compensation depends on experience but is typically $43 per hour
