Job description

The Job Details:
• Solve inventory discrepancies during normal warehousing operations to ensure efficient workflow and communicate with leadership.
• Perform cycle count, work orders, and other inventory checks to answer customer inquiries.
• Responsible for the entry or update of inventory records in the system to correct discrepancies.
• Acts as a liaison for any warehouse-related needs regarding internal or external audits or customer and agency visits.
• Responsible for performing any customer hold procedures including labeling, relocating, and daily cycle count checks.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and take corrective action by utilizing hold reports, lot audit reports, and inventory aging reports.
• Prepare inventory reports for customers and/or facility needs.
• Operate equipment at elevated heights that may require fall protection.
• Recover pallets that are improperly seated on the rack.
• Assist in escalated or critical need situations.
• Prepare and participate in physical inventories.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to Customer Accounts and other departments as necessary.
• Perform Warehouse Associate duties as needed.

• Experience: forklift and inventory experience preferred
• Problem-solving skills required
