Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Understand the Oracle Cycle Count process
  • Conduct cycle count preparation to include documentation and tool preparation
  • Identify warehouse locations and areas to count
  • Identify product and unit of measures to count in
  • Review areas for all inventory and ensure materials are in proper locations
  • Utilize counting tools including weigh counting scales
  • Conduct cycle counts and provide accurate count information
  • Update paperwork to provide calculated totals for final count numbers and enter totals into Oracle
  • Report discrepancies and any damaged product to supervisor
  • Maintain at least a 98% degree of accuracy in count and data entry
  • May be called on to provide second count audits
  • Other tasks as required to support team
  • Update containers with accurate partial quantities
  • Research inventory discrepancies
  • Understand and applies good work habits while cycle counting
  • Understands basic root cause error reporting
  • Complete other inventory duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
  • Understand Tableau reports on item status
  • Properly identify LPN's, stack and prep pallets for liquidation
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as scissor lifts, forklifts, cherry picker, and pallet jacks
  • Adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and safety procedures

  • Ability to work 6AM - 2:30PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Proficiency with basic math skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work self-directed
  • Ability to lift, move and open heavy boxes up to 50lbs
  • Ability to work in high and at times cramped space, regularly required to stand, bend, reach, climb and move about the warehouse
  • Ability to regularly operate personal computers and hand held devices and is comfortable with software packages such as Oracle EBS and Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Certified to run scissor lifts, forklifts, cherry picker, and pallet jacks
