• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing established diagnostic tools and methodologies.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices, tailored to address each client’s unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions across various formats, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities that best fit the client's needs.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure efficacy and alignment with each client's evolving needs.
• Provide crisis intervention, utilizing effective communication strategies and therapeutic techniques to support clients in acute distress or need.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current and active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
