• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, establishing baseline metrics for treatment.
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans that align with each client's personal goals and therapeutic requirements.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy sessions, family discussions, and group therapy formats to foster connection and support.
• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjust treatment protocols as necessary based on their evolving needs and feedback.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and connecting them to additional support if needed.
• Ensure meticulous maintenance of confidential client records, adhering to legal standards and ethical guidelines required by state licensing boards.
• Engage collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to deliver comprehensive care to clients.
• Stay abreast of the latest mental health treatment modalities, research, and best practices through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions and training workshops focused on enhancing therapeutic skills and service delivery.
• Uphold the highest ethical practices in accordance with the codes set forth by relevant licensing authorities.

You will work with a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral disorders, and relationship issues. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related discipline such as Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients effectively.
