• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring to recognize co-occurring disorders.
• Crafting and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored specifically to each client's unique circumstances, preferences, and recovery goals.
• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions that address various issues, including trauma, addiction, and mental health concerns, while fostering a supportive environment.
• Monitoring client progress throughout the rehabilitation process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
• Working in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists, to ensure comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client's health.
• Providing education to clients and their families regarding mental health, addiction, and practical recovery strategies to enhance understanding and support during treatment.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards within the field.

You will primarily work with adults facing challenges related to addiction and mental health disorders. Our clientele ranges from those in crisis to those seeking ongoing support in their recovery process. • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.
