Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, addressing various mental health issues and establishing pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation adhering to all regulatory standards, facilitating the continuity of care and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools as specified by the clinical team to ensure precise evaluations and appropriate interventions.
  • Collaboratively work with interdisciplinary teams to implement and refine positive behavior support plans, ensuring the client's needs are met holistically.
  • Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Serve as a liaison to relevant state agencies, community partners, and service systems, promoting seamless access to additional resources and support for our clients.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to enhance community engagement and ensure that services are reflective of the needs of the population served.
  • Establish and nurture cooperative relationships with various agencies and organizations to foster new partnerships and secure funding opportunities for program development.
  • Commit to ongoing personal and professional development, participating in workshops, attending conferences, and representing the agency in statewide meetings related to mental health.

  • Complete other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to a cohesive and effective team environment.

Qualifications
