Job DetailsJob Location: Remote - Littleton, NH 03561PURPOSE AND SCOPE The Director of Sales & International Business is responsible for the sales, distribution, legal and regulatory aspects of business management for all markets outside of the United States and Canada. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS \tEstablishes and manages distributor network overseas. \tExpands international sales by increasing business with existing distributors and develops business in new international markets.
\tMaintains CRM database to include distributor annual programs and contact points so as to clearly identify responsible parties by market. \tTravels regularly to meet with distributors and accounts around the world. \tOversees customer service responsibilities for international accounts, working with office staff to ensure quality service for customer base.
\tHas oversight responsibility for overseas warehousing and distribution activities. \tEnsures international sales activities, products and contracts are compliant with international regulations. \tManages contracts and technical agreements with overseas companies and consultants.
\tEnsures protections of Tenderโs intellectual property rights. \tProvides input to distributors for development and implementation of strategic plan to achieve successful results for Tenderโs products. \tFamiliarizes distributors and any of their representative agencies with the technical aspects of the products and their unique selling points.
\tIncreases knowledge of our products, and industry as well as the activities and products of our competitors. \tWorks cross functionally to help bring new product ideas/concepts to life in existing markets to help grow our brands and sales. \tEvaluates performance of distributors on an annual basis.
\tPrepares annual budget and sales projections for Tenderโs international business in a timely manner. \tAccurately forecast customer needs on an ongoing basis to ensure cross functional visibility and alignment. \tParticipation in webinars and seminars covering new industry and trade developments.

\tDetail oriented and organized \tMust be able to make independent decisions and manage individuals and teams. \tOverseas travel is required
