A fast‑growing fully remote Fortune 500 organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Technical Accounting team. This role offers exposure to M&A, complex transactions, and high‑visibility initiatives across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Support technical accounting for M&A, consolidations, and complex transactions
  • Assist with acquisition integrations and process improvements
  • Contribute to ERP and data transformation projects
  • Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams and leadership
Requirements
