Job description

SUMMARY
The International Marketing Coordinator serves as the primary marketing liaison between Ikonix and its network of international distribution partners across Latin America, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Working directly under the Marketing Manager, this individual will collaborate closely distributors to plan, develop, and execute marketing communication activities that drive brand awareness and product demand at the local level.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, International Business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of marketing communications experience, preferably in B2B, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with international partners, distributors, or channel sales teams preferred.
  • Cross-cultural communication experience across Latin America, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Experience with email marketing and automation platforms, such as Salesforce or Account Engagement.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Magento.
  • Working knowledge of social media, email, and digital advertising.
  • Multilingual ability preferred; Spanish, French, Arabic, or Portuguese a plus.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties may be expanded or adjusted as needed by management.
  • Serve as the marketing contact for Ikonix's international distributor network.
  • Assess distributor needs and create tailored marketing support plans.
  • Develop and localize marketing materials, including brochures, digital assets, email templates, social content, and campaign toolkits.
  • Manage co-marketing campaigns, including planning, asset development, timelines, and performance review.
  • Maintain distributor communication on priorities, launches, promotions, and brand standards.
  • Train distributor teams on brand guidelines, product positioning, messaging, and marketing resources.
  • Track distributor marketing activity and campaign performance; recommend improvements.
  • Support international marketing strategy with the Marketing Manager and align distributor activity with global brand goals.
  • Coordinate translation and localization with approved resources or agencies.
  • Maintain distributor marketing assets and communication records.

MARGINAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across time zones and cultures.
  • Prioritize competing needs across a diverse distributor network.
  • Create compelling materials and adapt global messaging for regional audiences.
  • Support distributors with varying levels of marketing capability.
  • Partner with distributors as a collaborative marketing resource.
  • Develop knowledge of Ikonix products, served industries, and regional market dynamics.
  • Other duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
  • Salary range is $62,000 - 70,000 annually
  • Bonus opportunity of up to 15% of annual salary
