TruePoint's Account Supervisor on our Marcom team is a strategic and highly collaborative role responsible for leading day-to-day marketing communications and working across multiple client accounts. This individual manages the development and execution of integrated marketing deliverables for both B2C and B2B clients, partnering closely with internal team members across account service, creative, digital, content, and strategy to deliver high-quality work that drives results.

Responsibilities

Client Leadership and Strategy

  • Serve as the primary client point of contact, building trusted relationships and delivering high-impact client management and support.
  • Lead development and execution of integrated marketing communications programs aligned to client business goals.
  • Anticipate challenges, identify risks, and provide proactive, solutions-oriented recommendations.

Account Management and Execution

  • Oversee day-to-day account activity, ensuring alignment across strategy, execution, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Ability to project manage several marketing components on multiple timelines across a variety of accounts.
  • Manage scopes and understand the impact of project hours and team utilization to keep projects and the client operating profitably.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; discerning what is urgent from what is important.

Content Development

  • Lead development of high-quality written materials aligned with client strategy, key objectives, brand voice and tone, and the creation of content to enable high engagement.
  • Ability to proofread and review marketing content and copy to ensure it is error-free and on brand.
  • Develop creative briefs for teams to align on new projects with the ability to comprehensively understand the project, scheduling, client reviews, key metrics, and visual direction.

Growth and Business Development

  • Identify and drive organic growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Support new business efforts, including research, strategy development, and proposal preparation.

Team and Operational Leadership

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Delegate effectively and direct the work of others to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering a high-performing and engaged team environment.
  • Identify training and development opportunities to support team growth and retention.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing and/or corporate communications experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience

  • 3+ years of experience managing clients, including leading client meetings and communicating directly with clients on project updates
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex products, services, and solutions
