Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an active caseload by establishing rapport and positive working relationships with clients, always upholding ethical standards and boundaries.

  • Create, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client.
  • Perform thorough intake assessments to build an accurate foundation for ongoing treatment.

  • Engage in individual supervision and collaborative learning opportunities to improve clinical skills.
